HomeFirst Down Payment Assistance Program

Brooklyn Cooperative participates in the HomeFirst Down Payment Assistance program of the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development. The program provides qualified home buyers with down payment or closing cost assistance of up to 6% of the purchase price of the home.
